Flash itself. Download QuickTime, export movie as .mov. Then just use a regular convertor or video editor. You can even submit that .mov to youtube.

i really easy way - is to use screen capture software - to just cap the swf while it plays - search for free screen recording on google

The problem with exporting as .mov from flash is that it fucks with the vcam. Then if you use a free screen-capture software the image quality is reduced to the point that its almost unwatchable. irritating stuff.

dunno if it will help you but i came across it when i was looking up a good way for swf-avi conversion and so far this seems like a pretty good process that should work if done correctly. i'm still working on my first Flash project and haven't used the process yet but i will soon but from what ppl say it seems to work.
