TOFA is an animation tournament sponsored by Albinoblacksheep, which started its annual tournament only a few weeks ago. NATA (the tournament you, joekuli, are thinking of) is Newgrounds version of TOFA, mirroring several aspects of TOFA including the basic premise for how the tournament rounds functions, which began for the first time almost two months ago.
Anyhow, congrats on your advancement, Pivots, and keep us posted on the TOFA because Newground isn't pay much attention to it this year.
NATA is just a new TOFA name for NG btw. It's essentially the same, except for some rule changes and NATA translating to Newgrounds Annual Tournament of Animation or sth. They did such change due to allowing more than flash animation now (on the portal), so calling it TOFA would be misguided.
